When will my tree be availabe?


Christmas tree arrival is estimated the last week of November. Inclement weather, customs, agriculture and shipping delays are beyond our control and can affect anticipated arrival dates. We strongly encourage adding Trees4Life to your email safe list. Once the trees clear inspections we will send email notification to the address you supplied on your order form. Where are you located?


Our location is in the parking lot next to DEANS CLEANING  on Seven Mile Beach Road, just next to Wendy's. It will be the bright yellow building. Just look for our container and fol 472 West Bay Rd Georgetown, Cayman Islands We are located beside the bright yellow building on West Bay Rd called DEANS CLEANING and CAYMAN SCENTS, next to Wendy's and across from Cimboco's restaurant. Just look for our containers and follow the fresh scent of pine.




Do I need to provide twine or tie down straps to secure my tree to my vehicle?


While it is always helpful to bring your traditional tie downs, it is not necessary. Santa's helpers are happy to assist you in getting your tree secured to your vehicle.




Is a fresh cut necessary before placing my tree in water? How do I care for my tree?


YES! WATER, WATER, and more WATER...... We will make a fresh cut for you once you arrive to collect your tree. After its initial cut, generally 3 to 6 hours, the stump gets air in the plant tissue, which lessens a tree's water absorption capacity. A fresh cut will reopen the pores and allow the tree to take up water. This will ensure your tree will remain as hydrated as possible. For best results we recommend picking up your tree as soon as possible and checking the water level DAILY. We also recommend using our nutrient booster throughout the holiday season. This will ensure your tree gets the energy it needs to stay fresh during the season. We can not be responsible for trees left outside, trees left in homes without air conditioning, trees that are not watered daily, or trees left unattended while you are out of town. Under these circumstances, they will dry out early and we will not be able to replace your tree. Please make appropriate arrangements and be responsible with your tree maintenance. When can I come pick-up my Christmas tree?


We will provide notification to you via our Facebook page and email you based on the email you provided on your order form.

We can not stress this enough!!

When will my tree be delivered?


We delivery by district in order to accomodate all customers in the most timely and efficent manor possible. You will be contacted by one of our team members to schedule a delivery time. It is important you provide us with your best possible contact number (mobile and /or landline) so we can phone you regarding your delivery. Each season we deliver hundreds of trees all over the island. We encourage you to add our phone number to your contact list so you recognize us when we call.

Are Christmas trees inspected by the Department of Agriculture? What does this mean?


Christmas trees are subject to the DEPARTMENT of AGRICULTURE inspection just like any other plant product that is brought onto the island. Once the inspection process has been completed and approval received, we will send an email advising it's time to pick up your tree.

We strongly encourage adding Trees4xmas to your email safe list. Once the trees clear inspections we will send email notification to the address you supply on your order form. The notification will be sent from the following address; info@trees4lifecayman.com




Do you offer refunds if I decide to cancel?


All of our products are offered as pre-sold, meaning payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once the container is in transit, we will only provide a refund in the unlikely event the trees do not pass inspection by the DOA. Cancellations prior to transit will be charged a $15 administration fee. If you can find someone to take your order we are happy to work with you and you will not be charged a fee for the cancelation.

NOTE:

Christmas trees are a live product and require care and attention. We are not responsible for Christmas trees once they leave our lot.

How do you priortize the waiting list?


The waiting list order form is for Christmas trees only. Priority is based on a time sequence stamp. This is based on time of submission. If we have extra inventory, you will be contacted as soon as it becomes available.




Why do you have a waiting list? How do I get added to the waiti list for a Christmas tree?


Kelly and I, when able take the time to personally travel to the farm each year and hand select every tree. Many of our customers find the quality of our tree we import to be of the highest quality, size, and shape. Because of this, our trees tend to sell out in record time and. We typically will start a waitlist for last minute cancelations. You can place your order from the waiting list home page once it is posted. You should see a button link located near the bottom of the page that will say "Waiting List." Is it bad for the enviorment to cut down a tree and use it for Christmas?


Real Christmas trees are a favorable choice for the environment because they are a natural, agricultural crop that can be recycled after the holidays. Unfortunately many people have the misconception trees are cut down from forests, but in reality, real Christmas trees are renewable products grown on farms throughout North America as crops, just like corn or wheat.

Additionally, when the trees are harvested, new seedlings are planted to replace each and every tree to ensure that future generations can enjoy. On the other hand, fake trees are a non-renewable, non-biodegradable, plastic and metal product most often made in overseas factories.

Your credit card will not be billed unless we can fulfill your order. Once fulfillment is made you authorize Trees4xmas to charge your credit or debit card in full for the amount listed on your order. All prices are in CI currency. If you are paying with a US card, the exchange rate will be charged at .80
